We have an absolutely fabulous selection of Australian wines, why bother with that fancy foreign rubbish. The floating cellar changes with the vintages and seasons. Our attempts to locate a Tongan wine have so far met with failure - but we promise that if one can be found, we will not try to sell it, or drink it.
